EXOSOMES

EXOSOMES

Exosome therapy is our latest regenerative treatment that utilizes tiny vesicles called exosomes, derived from stem cells or other sources, to deliver growth factors, proteins, and genetic material to the skin. This process stimulates collagen production, reduces wrinkles, and enhances skin health by promoting cell regeneration and repair. Exosome therapy can be applied topically or injected into the skin.

Who are Exosomes suitable for?

Exosomes are suitable for all ages and skin types and those looking to heighten the effects of collagen stimulating treatments. Exosomes are also safe in pregnancy, and we use them in combination with our other Skin depth pregnancy safe skin treatments.

What are the effects of exosomes in the skin

Exosomes have power antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects and at skindepth we combine exosomes with skin treatments such as skin needling, nanofractional radio frequency. It is one way in which we facilitate trans epidermal drug delivery. In this way exosomes also facilitate enhanced wound healing, especially after lasers and other skin treatments. Exosomes have also been show to reduce the appearances of skin pigmentation and uneven skin tone by  Melanocyte inhibition. Exosomes are also useful in those with an impaired skin barrier such as rosacea, as they assist barrier repair.

How are they administered

Exosomes are delivered to the skin via a topical application, then the use of a sonophersis device. This makes sure the exosomes are delivered into the skin exactly where they need to be to exert their effects.

Are exosomes painful

No exosomes are not uncomfortable . Any discomfort will relate to the procedure performed along side the exosomes.

Which treatments work best with Exosomes

ANY! These ampoules can be added onto any treatment or even purchased as a stand alone serum to be used at home. However, the best results are achieved when infusing the exosomes into the skin after penetrative treatments such as skin needling or nano fractional radio frequency. This process is called laser assisted delivery. These controlled advanced skin treatments temporarily weaken the skin barrier, allowing for exosomes to infuse even further down into the skin's structures.

How do I maximise the results?

The protocol we recommend for using Exosomes in conjunction with our skin penetrating treatments are as follows:

Minimum 4 treatments
5 month treatment plan
1 x treatment every 4 – 6 weeks
Continue applying the rest of the ampoule 24hours post treatment

Exosomes is a revolutionary skin and scalp care product that leverages exosome therapy, a cutting-edge technique that originated in South Korea. Exosome therapy uses nanosized vesicles called exosomes, which are secreted by stem cells and carry essential molecular information for cell-to-cell communication and regeneration. Exomide delivers stem cell-derived exosomes to target skin rejuvenation and hair-growth.

How do they work?

Xosomes, specifically formulated for integration with facial resurfacing procedures like laser treatments and micro needling, have been meticulously designed to enhance your skincare experience. This serum-like liquid is delicately applied to your skin immediately following the treatment, ensuring its continuous efficacy for a remarkable period of 6-8 months.

Is there any downtime

When it comes to post-resurfacing treatments, incorporating exosomes brings numerous benefits. Notably, there is no additional downtime experienced when exosomes are applied. They play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and accelerating the healing process, allowing you to enjoy the results of your treatment sooner.

What can I expect

Utilizing topical exosomes provides a host of distinct advantages, including:

Revitalized and Youthful Skin: Exosomes effectively rejuvenate the skin by promoting collagen production and improving its elasticity. This results in the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, giving your skin a more youthful appearance.
Enhanced Healing and Recovery: The application of exosomes after resurfacing treatments does not add any extra downtime. On the contrary, exosomes actually expedite the healing process by stimulating cell proliferation, migration, and tissue regeneration. They also help to modulate the inflammatory response, allowing for a quicker recovery.
Minimized Scarring: Exosomes possess regenerative properties that aid in minimizing scar formation. By influencing collagen deposition and facilitating tissue remodeling, exosomes contribute to the reduction of visible scars.
Targeted Treatment for Pigmentation Issues: Exosomes play a significant role in regulating melanin production and distribution, making them a promising option for addressing pigmentation disorders such as melasma or hyperpigmentation. They help restore a more even skin tone and diminish the appearance of discoloration.
Potential for Hair Regrowth: Exciting research indicates that exosomes may stimulate hair follicle growth and regeneration. This makes them a potential solution for individuals experiencing hair loss or conditions like alopecia.
Alleviation of Inflammatory Skin Conditions: Exosomes exhibit notable anti-inflammatory effects, offering potential relief for individuals with inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or other related disorders. They can help reduce redness, itching, and overall inflammation.

By harnessing the power of topical exosomes, you can unlock a multitude of benefits, from rejuvenating your skin and accelerating healing to addressing specific skin concerns with precision and efficacy.
